I have been a bit rubbish at updating the News Page lately, so here is a photo drop from through the summer holidays!
We have been doing lots of dog showing with Cath & the children. Many ribbons have come home, and my very best boy Paddy proving he still has what it takes, with a Reserve Champion of Show and his grand old age of 12!
We have some really sweet new additions to the pack. Cath has kept a totally gorgeous blue roan Cocker bitch puppy from Cassie & Kodi's litter, who is names Puzzle (due to her super markings). We have kept Lilac (who many of you will remember from my previous updates as the tiny little puppy from Mimi & Kodi's litter), along with her chocolate, roan & tan sister Burberry. We have Rosette who is an F1b being out of Ruby our F1 Cockapoo and sired by Fraser who is Cocker. Rosette would pass as a pure Cockers at first glance and is a really good example of how passing F1 to further crosses can result in totally random coat types as opposed to the stable and predictable cross of pure Cocker to pure poodle to make an F1. Rosette is a glorious little dog, with an abundance of character and we adore her! We have a new Poodle girl named Noodle, who will hopefully be the future mother of our next Stud dog, and we have Wiggle, a totally adorable blond daughter of Bubble & Fraser.
